Adam is the cofounder and creative lead at Arwing Creative. He brings extensive experience with digital marketing, photography, videography, motion graphics, graphic design, podcast/music production, and more. He has used his talents to support industries such as sports, food/beverage, fashion, and many others. His work has been displayed on the Las Vegas Strip, in Times Square, and even globally in other countries outside of the United States. Adam is also an award winning producer for radio imaging and integrated advertising campaigns. His works have led businesses to newfound growth through impressive media production.
Adam has been in production professionally for over 10 years, but has producing content since he was a young child. Adam grew up in Northwest Indiana and moved to Central Indianapolis to attend college, where he gained education in communications and music. He used this education to launch a successful career in media production and marketing, working with other successful production professionals such as Timbaland, Paul Wall, and Quavo. In his free time, Adam enjoys riding motorcycles, playing tabletop games, and music.
Casey Mihal is the cofounder and business lead at Arwing Creative. Casey brings a unique blend of business acumen, marketing expertise, and technical background to the table. He has a career that has spanned from engineering to marketing and sales. He has led marketing content creation and strategy for multi-million-dollar sales campaigns, while still maintaining technical capabilities in scientific industries. His engineering background helped him develop an analytical and strategic problem solving approach that has translated across science, marketing, and business.
He has worked with businesses spanning from pharmaceuticals to fitness to create compelling marketing and sales content. Casey grew up in Northwest Indiana, and moved to Central Indiana after college. He has an educational background in engineering, business, and marketing. He is passionate about supporting local business and organizations to grow and succeed through effective marketing strategies. When not connecting with local businesses, he enjoys time with his two daughters and wife, as well as fitness and cooking.
